Arriel 2 C2 Print E-mail

The Arriel 2C2 turboshaft engine has 5 modules and delivers 12% more power than the 2C1 version. It features a new axial compressor, a new axial diffuser and a new single-crystal material.

Certified in July 2002, the Arriel 2C2 powers the twin-engine Eurocopter EC 155 B1 civil helicopter, capable of carrying 13 passengers.

The Arriel 2C2 CG will power the 95 twin-engine USCG (United States Coast Guard) HH65 Dolphin helicopters.
